2012 Honda Ruckus
Description of the build:
"It started off as a 2012 Honda ruckus. The front end has been converted over to a Honda bite front. Build up a pretty cool pile of aftermarket stuff, original discontinued parts, jdm original parts, and made a bunch of parts along the way as the build progressed. We ditched the 50cc motor and went with a 150cc gy6 motor. Then we upgraded that to a 171cc with forged internals, head work, all the trimmings and supporting mods for a built motor. We’re going to be here for a while if I get to talking. It’s a pretty solid culmination of what I know about these bikes and the skill set that I’ve developed over my time in a garage."
More about you. Why should you be The Next American Innovator?:
"Innovation is the fire that drives all of us. I grew up in and around garages. My siblings and I learned about innovation from day 1. Both of our parents are deaf. Nothing speaks innovation more than a hearing disabled person in a hearing world. My dad kills everything he touches. My brother recently referred to him as our “weapon of choice” in garage tools. He’s more inspirational than your favorite builder, because do you know what it’s like to lay down a weld without hearing the lightning? He does. So I do. We innovate, if that’s what you want to call it. We build sh*t. We learn new skills as they are needed. I’ve never met another mind like mine, so I’m pretty confident you haven’t either. Thanks for your time."
"I had a paragraph, but this is better. The bike is approx 2' off the ground, on 12" wheels and does 80. All while lookin real slick."
