Judge's Choice Winner

Aaron Cooley

1997 Kawasaki KX125

"Diecycle - The Upside Down KX125"

Meet Aaron and his build

Description of the build:

"I bought this bike for $100, it's my 1st bike build so I figured why not go all out and make it totally custom a custom dirt bike that no one has ever seen where I flipped the frame upside down and turn it into a chopper. I call it the Diecycle."

More about you. Why should you be The Next American Innovator?:

"Ever since I was a child my mom told me that I could be anything that I wanted to be and I believe her and I still believe her and if I wanna build a motorcycle that no one has ever seen before that's exactly what I'm going to do contest or no contest this bike is for me."

"This is the Diecycle, my crazy upside down KX125 chopper.  It started life as a dirt bike but now it is much more than what it was."

"To describe the bike it originally was a 1997 Kawasaki KX125 that I picked up for a $100 I was tearing it down and getting it ready for refurbishing but I wanted something different than just a dirt bike so I bent down to pick something up and looked at the bike upside down and noticed that the frame if flipped upside down would make an awesome chopper frame so that's where my Frankenstein upside down KX125 build became the Diecycle."
